wonderpants Shipping + Handling
We are a small, independent business, all Wonderpants are made on site in glorious Castlemaine, VIC on Dja Dja Wurrung country. We mostly make your Wonderpants to order, to save on excess production and stock. Wonderpants is owned and staffed by mums who will always prioritise their families… so while we aim to have your order shipped within 2 weeks of ordering, at times your order may take a day or 2 longer.
So if you need your Wonderpants pronto pronto (we understand!), please let us know, and we will do our best to speed up your order as required.
AUSTRALIA
For orders over $150, standard shipping with tracking (2-8 business days) is free! Discount automatically applied at checkout.
For orders under $150, standard shipping with tracking (2-8 business days) is $10.
All parcels are sent with Australia Post.
Express Post is available at checkout should you require it.
NEW ZEALAND
For all orders, shipping is $20.
Shipping to New Zealand usually takes 5-8 days.
All parcels are sent with Australia Post tracked.

USA, CANADA UK, EUROPE, ASIA
For all orders, shipping is $30.
International shipping usually takes 5-12 days.
All international parcels are sent with Australia Post by air, tracked.
If you require express post, please contact us at hello@wonderpants.com.au before you make your order, and we will provide you with a new shipping costing.
When placing an international order, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated once your package arrives in your country. Your order may also be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon your country's regulations, which may cause delays. Unfortunately this is out of Wonderpant's control. Online retailers can’t predict or cover these fees but it usually doesn’t apply to low value parcels. You can check with your local customs office to be sure. However, if any duty or customs charges are payable in your country, they will be payable by you (the customer).
As we are all aware, there are at times considerable delays with post getting to its destination. Please have patience with our postal workers as they do their very best to get your parcel to you in good time.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your parcel has been sent.
